We operate in countries where demand for hospital care is overwhelming.
Children worldwide deserve better access to life-saving care, which is why we provide surgical scholarships as well as specialized training for paediatric surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses and biomedical engineers.
We believe in building sustainable surgical capacity and stronger healthcare systems. Working closely with our partners, we ensure local surgeons have the right knowledge and tools to care for their nation’s children.

Surgical Scholarships
The scholarships cover academic expenses as well as a stipend for living costs.

Training
The pan-African e-learning platform was built by the Institute of Global Surgery at RCSI in partnership with KidsOR and surgeons from COSECSA and WACS.
