We have very exciting news - we're expanding our life-changing reach!

We're delighted to announce the launch of Global Hospital - a specialist firm focused on healthcare projects in low-resource areas, 100% owned by Kids Operating Room.

Led by our own Chief Medical Officer Dr. Maija Cheung, Global Hospital exists to ensure the best care possible for every patient on the planet.

Maija has been involved in Kids Operating Room since the organisation's very beginning in 2018. First serving as a Global Surgery Adviser, we were delighted to have Maija join the team on a full-time basis as Chief Medical Officer last year. She brings with her years of experience in global health, project management and surgery and will now lead on Global Hospital, our newest life-changing initiative.
