The Solution

More children die from conditions that could have been treated by surgery than from malaria, HIV and TB combined. This is what No Room to Operate means for children across the globe. Pain. Suffering. Disability. Death.

So what's the solution?

We believe that every child deserves access to safe surgery. Instead of a lifetime of pain, surgery gives children another chance. A chance to return to their education, lead lives free from suffering, a chance to play, to learn. A chance to live.

Kids Operating Room is the only charity dedicated solely to solving this glaring gap in global health. We're providing local teams with world- class surgical services, facilities and training, so children can access the care they need.

Before After

Since 2018, Kids Operating have helped to provide 100,000 children with life-changing surgery.

This is more than 1,500,000 years of disability for children prevented. Not only does this allow a child the chance to thrive, it frees families from a life-time of caring.

The impact this has on a country is astonishing - our work has created more than $3,000,000,000 in economic benefit for the countries we work in.

No Room to Operate is our urgent campaign to raise funds for a further 100,000 operations, ensuring 100,000 more children’s lives can be saved, improved and lived to the full.

With your support, we can reach them. Just £75 will help a child to have life-changing surgery and put life-saving tools in life-saving hands.

Your support can help us train more surgeons, install more operating rooms and ultimately save and transform more lives. We won’t stop until every child has access to safe surgery – but we need your help.
